Our constitutional right to know is in Article II, Section 8 of the state constitution and Article II, Section 9 of the state constitution.

The laws on open meetings are in Title 2, Chapter 3, Part 2.

The laws on public records are in Title 2, Chapter 6, Parts 10-12.
