Supporting Montana’s constitutional right to know

The Montana Freedom of Information Coalition has been providing free open-records and open-meeting advice to journalists and the public since 1988, when it started as Montana FOI Hotline. It is dedicated to keeping government in Montana open to public observation and participation – as guaranteed by the Montana constitution.
